As we reflect on 2025, one word comes to mind: gratitude.

This year was filled with learning, connection, innovation, and countless moments that reminded us why Freya MediSpa & Wellness exists to provide inclusive, results-driven skincare while caring deeply for the people behind every treatment.

Laying the Foundation: Training, Self-Care & Teamwork

We began the year by investing inward. Ongoing training, self-care, and teamwork set the tone for everything that followed. A strong, educated team allows us to deliver safe, effective, and personalized medical aesthetic treatments to our Calgary community.

Skin Health in Focus: Advanced Treatments That Deliver Results

Throughout 2025, we continued to support a wide range of skin goals with treatments including:

• RF microneedling in Calgary to boost collagen and improve texture

• Custom facials tailored to individual skin needs

• Acne and acne-scarring treatments

• Laser hair removal for all skin tones, delivered with safety and expertise

We also celebrated our Valentine’s Day contest winners, sharing the love with our amazing clients early in the year.

April Milestone: Expanding Inclusive Laser Care

In April, we proudly introduced a new laser technology designed to safely treat all skin tones. This was a meaningful milestone for Freya and a continuation of our mission to offer inclusive aesthetic care in Calgary  ensuring effective treatments for diverse skin types without compromise.

Confidence & Community: Spring and Summer Highlights

Spring brought confidence-boosting treatments like TruSculpt fat reduction, helping clients feel strong and empowered in their bodies. Our Spring Fling event was a highlight filled with laughter, connection, and community spirit.

As summer approached, we focused on grad season and holiday skin prep, helping clients feel confident and radiant for life’s special moments. July emphasized content creation and education, along with targeted melasma treatments for pigment-prone skin.

August Glow-Ups & Meaningful Moments

August was all about renewal microdermabrasion treatments, skin exfoliation, and fresh glow-ups. One especially memorable moment? A rare double rainbow outside Freya, reminding us to pause and appreciate the beauty around us.

Fall Transformations & Seasonal Favorites

Fall brought powerful results with CO₂ fractional laser treatments in Calgary, supporting skin resurfacing, texture refinement, and rejuvenation. Our Pumpkin Spice facials returned as a seasonal favorite, offering comfort and hydration during cooler months. October delivered even more CO₂ laser results and one of our most joyful moments of the year a fun and festive Halloween event that brought our community together.

Finishing Strong: New Offerings & Holiday Magic

Later in the year, we introduced Sapphire lipsticks at Freya, adding a touch of beauty to complement healthy skin. As the holidays approached, we transformed the space with festive warmth and wrapped up 2025 with another beautiful Freya community event.
